Job summary

ECS Group of Companies in Long Beach, MS, seeks a Building Enclosure Project Associate to support field investigations, testing, and technical analysis within our Southeast Building Science + Infrastructure team. You will collaborate with experienced consultants to evaluate building envelope performance and deliver practical client solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or Architecture (NCARB).
• 2+ years of building enclosure consulting experience (field investigations, testing, commissioning, design review, or forensic assessments).
• Licensure or certification in P.E., RA, IIBEC (RRC/RWC/REWC/RBEC/CBECxP) or BECxP/CxA+BE preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform building science & infrastructure testing, inspections, and consulting services.
• Conduct site observations and inspections of roofing and building enclosure systems.
• Interpret drawings, figures, and site plans; assist with drafting or CAD work when needed.
