Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or trade school with 4-5 years related experience.
• Universal CFC certification is preferred.
• Certifications/licenses as may be required by local or state jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems.
• Comply with codes, regulations, and safety directives for building operations.
• Maintain an energy management program to ensure efficient operation of systems.
• Assist with preventive maintenance to meet or exceed rated life and perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow policies for safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials; keep a clean workspace.
• Review inspections of building systems to ensure operation within design specs.
• Apply in-depth knowledge to solve complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge within the function.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values; build consensus.
• Impact activities within own team and related teams, following broad guidelines.
• Explain difficult or sensitive information.
