Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with related experience; certifications may be required.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems.
• Comply with codes, regulations, governmental agency, and company directives related to building operations and safety.
• Maintain an energy management program to optimize system efficiency.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow safety policies for storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Review inspections of building systems to ensure operation aligns with design and environmental specs.
• Apply depth of knowledge to accomplish complex tasks and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across disciplines.
• Lead by example and promote CBRE RISE values.
• Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities.
