Qualifications

• Experience maintaining mechanical, plumbing, electrical and control systems.
• Knowledge of energy management and building operations.
• Familiarity with fire and life-safety systems and codes.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems.
• Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and company directives related to building operations and work safety.
• Maintain an energy management program ensuring systems operate efficiently.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life and perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow policies for safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials and maintain a clean workspace.
• Review building system inspections (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing) to ensure proper operation within design specs.
• Apply knowledge to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge within the function.
• Lead by example and promote CBRE RISE values while building consensus.
