Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of related experience.
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting up to 50 lbs and climb stairs/ladders.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire, life safety, and control systems.
• Comply with applicable codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Maintain an energy management program for efficient operation of systems.
• Assist with implementing preventive maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow policies for hazardous materials handling and safe storage.
• Review building systems to ensure operation meets design specifications.
