Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, and control systems.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Maintain an energy management program to optimize system efficiency.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life and perform emergency repairs.
• Follow policies for safe storage and disposal of hazardous materials; maintain a clean workplace.
• Review building system inspections (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing) for operational reliability.
• Apply standard principles to complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across related job disciplines.
