Qualifications

• Requires 4–5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Universal CFC certification preferred; licenses as required by local/state jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire and life safety, and control systems to keep facilities up to standards.
• Comply with applicable codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Maintain energy management programs to optimize system efficiency.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs and perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Ensure safe storage, handling, and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Review building systems such as fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure operation within design specs.
• Apply standard practices to accomplish assignments and provide solutions, and share knowledge with colleagues.
• Lead by example and support CBRE RI SE values while collaborating with teams.
