Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or trade school diploma with 4–5 years of related experience; combination of experience and education considered.
• Universal CFC certification preferred; licenses/certifications as required by local/state jurisdictions.
• Prior shift management or supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire/life safety and control systems to standards.
• Comply with codes, regulations, and safety directives for building operations.
• Maintain energy management; ensure systems operate efficiently.
• Assist preventive maintenance to meet equipment life and perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Ensure safe storage and handling of hazardous materials; keep workspace clean/safe.
