Planned Companies is seeking Front Desk Associates and Doormen for Saturdays and Sundays in Washington, DC. The role greets tenants and guests, coordinates reservations, plans events, and helps visitors with local attractions. Pay is $19.50/hr and the schedule is part-time.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of local attractions and establishments.
• Polite, friendly, self-assured and able to multitask with good time-management.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet, announce, and provide direction to tenants, guests, and vendors upon entering the building.
• Develop and maintain relationships with tenants to provide individualized experiences.
• Schedule reservations and appointments at restaurants, hotels, and venues.
• Plan and organize on-site events.
• Provide direction, referrals and access to local entertainment and services.
• Document, secure and track mail, deliveries, and vendor services.
• Answer phones, monitor lobby, and manage keys/access cards.
