CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Building Automation Engineer to perform master systems integration of building management systems, develop control databases, and create user interfaces per project specifications. The role includes on-site and remote support, field startup, and software deployment for large enterprise clients globally.

You will work with flow diagrams, programming tools, and system commissioning to ensure the highest quality and reliability, traveling up to 30% as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical or Software; 2–5 years relevant experience.
• Knowledge of procedures and standards to solve moderately complex problems.
• Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply judgment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Core knowledge in at least three areas: Building Management Systems, Niagara, Distech Controls, BACnet/Modbus, HVAC Controls, IT Networking, Commissioning, Troubleshooting.
• Travel requirement up to 30% of annual time (overnight stays up to a week).

Responsabilidades

• Create complex programming using flow diagrams, sequences of operations and panel layouts.
• Program control applications using various software tools.
• Perform job-site system checkout, commissioning, and testing of control applications.
• Verify operation per project specifications, sales proposals, and design documents.
• Develop system graphic displays according to project specifications or proposals.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to installers and customers.
• Conduct multifaceted system evaluation and diagnostics.
• Isolate and troubleshoot escalated problems and take corrective action.
• Document resolutions and report findings to the Project team.
