The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of relevant experience, strong leadership skills, and a Bachelor's degree. Compensation ranges from $115,000 to $125,000 per year, plus monthly car allowance and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven success in Commercial BAS experience.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a team.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of BAS Project Sales for maximum sales and profitability.
• Recruiting, hiring and onboarding new BAS Project Sales Reps.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations and provide feedback.
