Haynes Mechanical Systems seeks a skilled individual to manage Building Automation Project Sales in Denver, CO. Responsibilities include overseeing project sales, recruiting BAS Project Sales Representatives, and providing leadership to ensure maximum profitability and excellent service.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of relevant experience, strong leadership skills, and a Bachelor's degree. Compensation ranges from $115,000 to $125,000 per year, plus monthly car allowance and uncapped commissions.

• 10+ years of proven success in Commercial BAS experience.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a team.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.

Mansioni

• Manage all phases of BAS Project Sales for maximum sales and profitability.
• Recruiting, hiring and onboarding new BAS Project Sales Reps.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations and provide feedback.
