Job summary

Infinite Resource Solutions, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead our Building Automation team from kickoff to closeout. You will guide a team of engineers, manage budgets, schedules, and client communications.

The role requires 3–5 years of project leadership, familiarity with MS Office and MS Project, and the ability to coordinate with general contractors and end clients. Onsite commissioning experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project leadership experience (PM or technical lead).
• Experience organizing, scheduling, and leading meetings with internal teams and customers.
• Experience coordinating with general contractors and end clients.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for project margin and increases in financial health.
• Establish project schedules and monitor progress to completion.
• Accurately forecast project resources.
• Review risks and mitigation strategies.
• Present Schedule, Scope, and Resource Plan to leadership.
• Manage project financials: reporting, invoicing, cost projections.
• Lead and coordinate with customers as primary commercial contact.
• Oversee large or multiple concurrent projects.
• Identify causes of deviations and recommend corrective actions.
• Negotiate Terms & Conditions with customers.
• Provide technical guidance to the project team.
• Enforce engineering standards and QMS participation.
• Contribute to development of project management tools.
