Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project leadership experience – project management or technical lead
• Experience organizing, scheduling, and leading meetings with internal teams and customers
• Experience coordinating with general contractors and end clients
• Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
• Experience with project forecasting and invoicing processes

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from start to finish and lead engineers
• Oversee project financials including budgeting, invoicing, and cash flow
• Establish and monitor project schedules and resource plans
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies and report to stakeholders
• Draft change orders and negotiate terms with customers
