Job summary

Infinite Resource Solutions, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead our Building Automation projects from initiation to completion. You will guide engineers, manage budgets, schedules, and customer communications, ensuring high quality and on-time delivery across multiple projects.

The role requires 3-5 years of project leadership experience, strong coordination with internal teams, general contractors, and clients, plus the ability to forecast resources and manage change orders effectively.

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of project leadership experience – project management or technical lead.
• Experience organizing, scheduling, and leading meetings with internal teams and customers.
• Experience coordinating with general contractors and end clients.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for project margin and financial health.
• Establish project schedules and monitor completion.
• Forecast project resources and manage risks.
• Present Schedule, Scope, and Resource Plan to leadership.
• Manage project financials including cost projections and invoicing.
• Draft change orders and coordinate with customers.
• Ensure quality plans and monitor project quality.
• Serve as primary commercial contact for customers.
• Oversee large or multiple concurrent projects.
• Identify deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Negotiate Terms & Conditions with customers.
• Provide technical guidance to project team when needed.
• Enforce engineering standards and contribute to PM tools.
• Participate in QMS and demonstrate leadership and planning.
