Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Building Automation Field Supervisor to lead a team of Field Engineers on new construction projects. You will mentor staff, coordinate with Project Management, and ensure work is delivered on time and within budget while maintaining safety and quality.

You will drive documentation, reporting, and performance reviews, leveraging Carrier’s Advanced Logic Controls software and related tools to support project success across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years HVAC controls industry experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel >25%.
• Capable of climbing ladders or lifting items up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage Field Engineers and new hires on construction projects.
• Coordinate with Project Management to ensure timely project completion and budget adherence.
• Oversee time tracking, site visits, and daily logs; generate reports and schedules as needed.
• Represent the company professionally in meetings and maintain alignment with quality standards.
• Participate in performance reviews and training development for staff.
