Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead a team of Field Engineers on new construction projects. You will manage training, budgeting, and on-site execution, ensuring quality and timely delivery while collaborating with Project Managers and engineers.

The role requires HVAC and field service knowledge, strong Excel skills, and willingness to travel regionally with occasional overnight stays. A driver’s license is required, and Carrier offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Clean and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel regionally with occasional overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and mentor Field Engineers; manage and train direct reports.
• Ensure project budgets are followed and resources are allocated effectively.
• Lead performance reviews and coordinate with Project Managers and Engineering teams.
• Communicate with customers, subcontractors, and management to ensure project success.
