Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Field Service Supervisor in Phoenix, AZ to lead a team of Field Engineers, mentor new hires, and coordinate with Project Management to ensure timely project completion within budget. The role requires HVAC/controls industry experience and strong leadership and communication skills.

The position offers full-time employment with on-site work, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to work across multiple projects within Automated Logic and Carrier’s building solutions

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years experience in HVAC, construction, or building automation.
• 1+ years experience with Microsoft Office; Excel proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to travel.
• Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide necessary documentation and communication to all customer levels, sub-contractors, and management; ensure timely delivery and reporting.
• Mentor new hires and conduct performance reviews for field engineers and other staff.
• Coordinate resources and schedules with Project Management; ensure project budgets are met.
