Job summary

Johnson Controls, a global leader in building automation and energy solutions, seeks a BAS Channel Account Manager to drive revenue growth through the Independent Distribution channel, with a focus on Facility Explorer and the Global Products portfolio.

You will own IDC channel accounts, strengthen partner relationships, and coordinate with sales, product, engineering and service teams to expand opportunities, hit revenue targets, and ensure customers and partners are equipped to sell Johnson

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive, direct sales experience in Commercial HVAC/Controls or related technical Construction industry.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through the IDC channel.
• Support the sale of Facility Explorer and related building automation solutions.
• Build long-term channel relationships and develop account plans.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to align on offerings.
