Johnson Controls has a remote opportunity for an Application Engineer – Direct Channel, supporting Controls product teams from the US. You will review BAS project estimates, provide recommendations to optimize costs, and help maximize profitability.

You will manage pricing variances with account managers, enter data in Salesforce, and act as the technical SME for Building Automation and Metasys products. This role is remote in the US, with collaboration across sales, engineering, and project

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in Building Construction Industry with HVAC/BAS experience.
• Experience with mechanical retrofits and BAS management.
• Salesforce experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Review BAS project estimates and advise on cost optimization.
• Collaborate with account managers to track pricing variances.
• Maintain Salesforce data accuracy for project details.
• Train branches on estimation tools and product offerings.
• Generate reports to monitor project stages and performance.
