Collaborate with branch sales, engineers, and project managers; manage pricing variances in SAP and track details in Salesforce. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in building construction or HVAC/BAS are required, with strong communication of technical concepts to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in Building Construction Industry with HVAC/BAS experience.
• Ability to support complex projects and contracts.
• Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review BAS project estimates and provide optimization recommendations.
• Manage pricing variances per project with account managers.
• Collaborate with Sales, engineers, and project managers to align strategies.
• Explain complex technical information clearly to customers.
• Maintain detailed data in Salesforce and SAP for project metrics.
