Johnson Controls is seeking a Distribution Marketing Manager for North America. You will drive multi-channel marketing programs with distribution partners and manage brand activations.

You’ll collaborate with Channel Sales, product marketing, and regional teams to grow partner-driven demand and share of wallet. You will develop structured distributor programs, provide marketing support across North America and build strong relationships with top partners through regular touchpoints.

• Advanced multi-channel marketing experience with digital and traditional programs.
• Ability to influence marketing and sales executives to drive initiatives.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking to achieve business results.
• Excellent written and verbal English communications skills.

• Be the main point of contact for distribution marketing activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with distribution marketing teams weekly.
• Lead marketing strategy and brand activations with distribution partners.
• Develop and execute a formal distributor program with Channel Sales.
• Provide marketing support to all North American distributors and be the point of contact.
• Collaborate with product marketing to drive demand through partners.
• Develop marketing strategies and materials to evangelize campaigns.
• Develop relationships with top distribution partners and conduct regular touchpoints.
