Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation is seeking a Builder Support Representative in Richmond, Virginia. You will develop relationships with National Builder site contacts, provide training on products and processes, and support Welcome Meetings to drive brand partnerships and knowledge sharing.

You will coordinate with order management to ensure on-time fulfillment and address escalations to maintain customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of customer service or training experience.
• 1+ years of experience with new construction building industry, residential single or multi-family construction.
• 1+ years of experience with home appliances, specific to either retail, direct, business and/or national retail.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with contacts at all National Builder sites within the assigned territory.
• Provide product and process trainings to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Support Single Family Welcome Meetings and construction meetings to drive brand partnership and product knowledge.
• Drive reliable order fulfillment through cross-functional collaboration with order management teams.
• Escalate issues and communicate root causes to raise awareness and drive change.
• Meet with division construction, sales, and purchasing teams regularly to foster collaboration.
• Work with process partners to ensure delivery and installation excellence.
