Reece USA is seeking a Builder Support Representative I to assist the Outside Builder Sales team in the sales cycle. You will manage orders, track backorders, schedule deliveries, troubleshoot issues, and help with billing discrepancies, primarily via phone or email.

The role emphasizes administrative execution, strong communication, and collaboration with vendors and project managers to ensure timely deliveries and accurate invoicing.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher is required.
• 1+ years in a customer service role in a complex sales cycle.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• ADMINISTRATIVE: Maintain a full understanding of product lines and create accurate specifications on demand.
• ADMINISTRATIVE: Use Eclipse to manage backorders and enter service tickets.
• ADMINISTRATIVE: Receive and execute purchase orders; coordinate with writers and vendors for ETAs.
• CUSTOMER FOCUS: Answer phones promptly and own the call by troubleshooting issues.
• CUSTOMER FOCUS: Communicate clearly with customers and writers in Eclipse and Salesforce.
• SALES: Provide sales assistance if outside sales are unavailable; schedule service calls.
• SALES: Follow up on requests within 1 business day and ensure smooth post‑sale service.
