Job summary

Reece & Fortiline is seeking a Builder Support Representative Level I to assist the Outside Builder Sales team in order creation, backorder management, and delivery coordination. You will resolve billing discrepancies, communicate with vendors, and provide timely post-sale support to customers.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem solving, and CRM usage (Salesforce). A related degree and at least 1 year in a complex sales customer service role are preferred, with on-site work in our

Qualifications

Associates degree or higher and 1+ years in a customer service role within a complex sales cycle.
Preferred Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce).
Ability to learn internal systems (Eclipse, ServiceNow) quickly.

Responsibilities

Assist Outside Builder Sales team during the sales cycle and in post-sale service.
Track and create orders, manage backorders, and coordinate deliveries.
Resolve billing discrepancies and support with vendor communications.
Enter tickets in ServiceNow and work with project managers and superintendents.
Provide proactive follow-up and post-sale service within one business day.
