Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Entry level customer service skills expected.
• Basic / entry level understanding of computers.

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to HomeTeam standards.
• Provide information to builders, supervisors, and vendors on products and installations.
• Print and distribute service tickets and graphs for technicians/installers.
• Execute regional and corporate reports.
• Schedule builder services and resolve accounting questions.
• Collect and reconcile payments from builders.
