Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service per HomeTeam standards.
• Inform builders, supervisors, and vendors about products and installations.
• Print and distribute service tickets and graphs for technicians.
• Schedule builder services and resolve accounting questions.
• Collect and reconcile payments from home builders.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and builders.
• Escalate inquiries to managers when needed.
• Communicate daily with field managers and office staff.
