HomeTeam in Charleston, SC is seeking a Sales Lead to prospect, quote, and close product installations for homebuilders. You will coordinate with regional leaders, manage builder relationships, and execute sales and marketing strategies to grow the business.

Qualifications

• Three to five years proven success in sales and marketing.
• Experience in selling to homebuilders is preferred.
• Must be able to compile numbers, interpret their meaning and present them in report form.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Windows.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel ~30%.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, quote, and close product installations with homebuilders.
• Coordinate builder sales and marketing with regional leaders.
• Manage all aspects of homebuilder relationship and growth.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing strategy per Builder guidelines.
• Report activities and maintain builder program implementations.
