Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years proven success in sales and marketing; experience selling to homebuilders preferred.
• Able to compile numbers, interpret their meaning and present them in report form.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Windows.
• Experience with project or contact management databases a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken form.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Travel up to 30% average time spent in auto or traveling to other cities within territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, quote and close product installations and applications with homebuilders of varying size and product scope.
• Coordinate builder sales and marketing efforts with General Managers, Region Managers, Region VP and VP Builder Sales.
• Manage all facets of homebuilder relationship at local level and develop growth strategies.
• Develop and execute an effective sales and marketing strategy, including training and orientation for new builder programs.
• Report activities in the sales tracking database and support reporting projections.
