Qualifications

• Three to five years proven success in sales and marketing.
• Experience selling to homebuilders preferred.
• Strong ability to compile numbers, interpret, and present data.
• Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel ~30%.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, quote, and close product installations with homebuilders.
• Coordinate builder sales and marketing with regional leaders.
• Develop and execute a builder sales/marketing strategy.
• Manage ongoing homebuilder relationships and communications.
• Report activities in the sales tracking database and projections.
• Assist with events, trade shows, and promotions.
