HomeTeam Pest Defense in North Charleston, SC is seeking a skilled sales professional to develop and close builder installations and manage builder relationships. You will coordinate with regional leaders, craft sales strategies, and drive growth in the homebuilder market.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
3–5 years proven success in sales and marketing, homebuilders preferred.
Ability to compile numbers, interpret them, and present in reports.
Proficient with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Windows.
Driver's license valid and travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

Prospect, quote, and close product installations with homebuilders of varying size.
Coordinate builder sales and marketing with regional leaders.
Develop and grow homebuilder relationships and programs.
Manage implementation of new builder programs including training and materials.
Report activities and assist in achieving sales goals.
Travel to builder sites and events as needed.
