Qualifications

• Three to five years proven success in sales and marketing; experience selling to homebuilders preferred.
• Able to compile numbers, interpret data, and present reports.
• Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Windows.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel ~30% of time.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, quote and close product installations with homebuilders of varying size.
• Coordinate builder sales and marketing efforts with regional leaders.
• Develop and execute a sales and marketing strategy for builder growth.
• Manage builder relationships from front-line to executive levels.
• Report activities in the sales tracking database and support reports.
• Participate in industry events and community involvement.
