Responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship between builders and Wisenbaker’s teams.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate service delivery.
• Forecast, track, and report key account metrics and product usage.
• Monitor inventory and presentation quality in builder spaces.
• Assist with onboarding of new customers with the Sales team.
