Job summary

BB Living’s Build-to-Rent community in Bee Cave, TX is seeking a dynamic Community Manager to lead pre-lease up, branding, and day-to-day operations. You will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident experience while aligning with Cardinal Management Group’s values.

You will manage onsite leasing and maintenance teams, oversee budgets and financial reporting, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and BB Living standards. Strong lease-up experience and proficiency with RealPage are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of property management experience, with preference for lease‑up or new development exposure.
• Strong understanding of BTR, single‑family rental, or multifamily operations.
• Experience with RealPage or similar property management systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute lease‑up and stabilization strategy to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Lead onsite team and manage leasing, maintenance, and resident services.
• Analyze market trends and optimize pricing, absorption, and budget performance.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and manage vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and BB Living brand standards.
