You will manage office duties, assist with marketing campaigns, and coordinate with the CSS for lease approvals and move-in requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily marketing, administrative, and financial operations under the Community Manager.
• Provide excellent customer service to prospective tenants, residents, and staff.
• Assist with lease contracts and move-in requirements with CSS support.
• Log prospect information in the property management software.
• Support move-out inspections and site visits as needed.
• Assist with promotion and leasing incentives.
• Travel between sites as required.
