Job summary

Cardinal Management Group is seeking a dynamic Community Manager to lead a BB Living Build-to-Rent community during lease-up and stabilization. You will oversee leasing, maintenance and resident services while driving occupancy and NOI.

This role requires a proven track record in lease-up, strong team leadership, and financial acumen. You will partner with BB Living’s premium brand and Cardinal’s core values to deliver an elevated resident experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of property management experience, with preference for lease-up or new development exposure.
• Strong understanding of BTR, single-family rental, or multifamily operations.
• Proven ability to drive leasing performance and manage financials.
• Experience with RealPage or similar property management systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Develop lease-up strategy and positioning to achieve occupancy targets.
• Lead on-site team and oversee leasing, maintenance, and risk management.
• Manage financial operations including budgeting and variance analysis.
• Present monthly financial reports with risks and opportunities.
• Ensure brand standards and resident experience aligned with BB Living.
