Qualifications

• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training.
• Bilingual ability to read, write, and speak business-level Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Explains and recommends bank products and services to meet clients' needs.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests.
• Educates clients on digital banking products and self-service options.
• Maintains knowledge of bank policies and support systems to ensure accurate service.
