Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of BSA/AML/OFAC regulations and applicable banking laws.
• Experience leading and training Alerts and SAR teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with strict deadlines.
• Experience with CTR/SAR filing and due diligence processes.
• Familiarity with BSA AML applications and case management systems.
• Solid understanding of bank policies and commercial banking products.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily guidance for Alerts and SAR teams to ensure BSA/AML compliance.
• Train new team members and advise on policy changes and performance growth.
• Oversee work assignments to meet all deadlines and quality standards.
• Support audits, exams, and quality control reviews with leadership.
• Represent BSA dept in cross-functional meetings and issue resolution.
• Review high-risk customers and conduct enhanced due diligence analyses.
