Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of BSA/AML/USAPA/OFAC banking laws and regulations.
• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years of banking operations/compliance experience preferred.
• Experience leading BSA/AML teams and performing related functions (alerts, CTR/SAR filing, EDD reviews).

Responsibilities

• Acts in a lead capacity guiding Alerts and SAR teams to ensure compliance with BSA/AML and OFAC policies.
• Train new team members and provide guidance on program changes and process improvements.
• Monitor workload, assign tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
• May perform quality assurance reviews of alerts, cases, and SARs and support audits and exams.
• Represent the BSA department in cross-functional meetings as needed.
• Oversee enhanced due diligence reviews and monitoring activities.
