Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a BSA Team Lead to guide the Alerts and SAR teams, ensuring adherence to BSA/AML and OFAC policies. You will coach staff, manage assignments, and support audits and exams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in banking operations or compliance and 3+ years in BSA/AML & OFAC; proficiency with BSA AML software, Salesforce, Verafin, and related tools is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• 5+ years of experience in Banking with a focus on Operations or Compliance.
• 3+ years in the BSA/AML & OFAC Department or similar unit.
• Experience using a BSA AML application software is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily guidance for Alerts and SAR teams to ensure compliance with BSA/AML and OFAC policies.
• Train new Alerts and SAR team members and advise on BSA program changes.
• Monitor and adjust work assignments to meet deadlines across the BSA teams.
• Perform quality assurance reviews of alerts, cases, and SARs and ensure timely completion.
• Assist leadership with performance management and staff development within the BSA team.
• Support responses to audits, exams, and quality control reviews.
