Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust seeks a seasoned BSA Team Lead to guide the Alerts and SAR teams in adhering to BSA/AML and OFAC policies while ensuring timely, accurate case handling. You will train staff, adjust workloads, and support audits and process improvements across the department.

The role requires knowledge of banking regulations, proven leadership, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of BSA/AML/USAPA/OFAC banking laws and regulations.
• Strong knowledge of BSA/AML requirements and related processes.
• Ability to lead and coach teams and manage performance.
• Experience with BSA alerts, CTR/SAR filings, EDD reviews.
• Familiarity with monitoring software and due diligence practices.

Responsibilities

• Acts in a lead capacity for Alerts and SAR teams to ensure compliance.
• Train new Alerts and SAR team members and coach for advancement.
• Monitor and adjust work assignments to meet deadlines.
• May perform quality assurance reviews of alerts, cases, and SARs.
• Support leadership in performance management and staff development.
• Assist with responses to audits, exams and quality control reviews.
• Represent BSA in cross-functional meetings and manage escalations.
• Oversee monitoring of High Risk Customers and enhanced due diligence.
• Review and approve due diligence documents and escalate issues to HR.
• Support potential high-risk customers assessment prior to account opening.
