Job summary

Tanager Bank is seeking an experienced BSA/Compliance Officer to lead the Bank's BSA/AML, OFAC, and regulatory compliance programs. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on protecting the community bank while managing regulatory risk.

The role oversees CMS, testing, investigations, and staff training. Responsibilities include supervising BSA/AML programs, regulatory reporting, and coordinating examinations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field; equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical, investigative, organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with BSA/AML monitoring systems and regulatory compliance a must.

Responsibilities

• Serve as BSA Officer; administer BSA/AML, OFAC, CIP, CDD, EDD, and Beneficial Ownership programs.
• Oversee SAR filings, CTR reporting, OFAC screening, and risk assessments.
• Manage CMS compliance program and regulatory reporting.
• Coordinate examinations, audits, and remediation activities.
• Develop and deliver training and guidance to business units.
