Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a BSA Team Lead to guide the Alerts and SAR functions, ensuring adherence to BSA/AML and OFAC standards. The role includes training staff, reallocating tasks for efficiency, and supporting audits.

You will oversee due diligence for high risk customers and collaborate with leadership to drive process improvements while maintaining regulatory compliance across the bank.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from Four-Year College or University.
• 5+ years' experience Banking with focus on Operations or Compliance.
• 3+ years' experience in the BSA/AML & OFAC Department or similar unit.
• Experience using a BSA AML application software is required

Responsibilities

• Lead Alerts and SAR teams to ensure compliance with BSA/AML and OFAC policies.
• Train new Alerts and SAR team members and guide program changes.
• Monitor and adjust work assignments to meet deadlines.
• Perform quality assurance reviews of alerts, cases, and SARs.
• Assist leadership in performance management and development.
• Respond to audit, exam and quality control reviews.
• Represent BSA department in cross-functional meetings.
• Oversee monitoring of High Risk Customers and enhanced due diligence.
