Job summary

The Bank Compliance Technology Analyst supports the technical operation and continued development of the Bank Compliance and BSA/AML programs.

The analyst will partner closely with Bank Compliance, Financial Crimes Operations, Product, Engineering, Data, and other stakeholders to ensure the compliance technology remains

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience supporting compliance technology, BSA/AML, or related function.
• Experience with transaction monitoring, customer risk rating, EDD, case management.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical technical and operational solutions.
• Strong analytical skills with data evaluation, trend identification, and issue investigations.
• Experience with dashboards, reporting, or governance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support the technical design and operation of BSA/AML and compliance programs.
• Build and maintain transaction-monitoring rules, risk-rating capabilities, and EDD workflows.
• Configure and improve case-management systems, investigation tools, and escalation processes.
• Translate compliance requirements into system logic, requirements, and processes.
• Conduct testing of rules, workflows, and system changes.
• Monitor control performance, data quality, and system reliability.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for leadership, audits, and regulatory inquiries.
• Maintain documentation covering logic, changes, approvals, issues, and remediation.
• Coordinate technical issues and roadmap priorities across multiple teams.
