Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Bank Compliance Technology Analyst to support the technical operation and ongoing development of the Affirm Bank Compliance and BSA/AML programs. You will translate regulatory requirements into effective systems, rules, workflows, and automated controls and work closely with Compliance, Operations, Product, Engineering, and Data teams.

You will build transaction-monitoring rules, customer risk-rating capabilities, EDD workflows, and other controls; configure case-management

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting compliance technology, BSA/AML, or related functions.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into technical and operational solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and operation of BSA/AML and compliance programs.
• Build and maintain transaction-monitoring rules and EDD workflows.
• Configure case-management systems and escalation processes.
• Translate compliance requirements into system logic and technical specs.
• Conduct testing of rules and changes before and after implementation.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for leadership and audits.
