Qualifications

5+ years experience supporting compliance technology, BSA/AML, or related function.
Understanding of transaction monitoring, customer risk rating, EDD, case management, and control frameworks.
Translate policy/regulatory requirements into practical technical/operational solutions.
Strong analytical skills with data evaluation and trend identification.
Experience with workflow tools, dashboards, and system configuration.

Responsibilities

Support the technical design and operation of BSA/AML and compliance programs.
Build and maintain transaction-monitoring rules and risk-rating capabilities.
Configure and improve case-management systems, workflows, and escalation processes.
Translate compliance requirements into technical and operational specs.
Conduct testing before and after implementation of changes.
Monitor control performance, data quality, and system reliability.
Develop dashboards and reporting for leadership, audits, and regulatory inquiries.
Maintain documentation on system logic, rule changes, testing, approvals, and remediation.
Coordinate cross-functional enhancements and roadmap priorities across teams.
