Qualifications

• Prior experience as a restaurant supervisor or similar role is preferred.
• Experience providing custom or maintenance services for companies or organizations is preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational skills, and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Create and update daily staff schedules.
• Hire and train all floor staff.
• Ensure cleaning standards are consistently met.
• Provide customer service as needed per company standards.
• Help maintain guest service, cleaning, and housekeeping as required.
• Organize and maintain stock of supplies and laundry.
• Report issues to the designated department or management.
