Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• At least 4+ years in operations and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand Snooze policies, procedures, standards, and expectations.
• Ensure guests feel welcome and receive exceptional service.
• Lead hourly staff and develop managerial and professional skills.
• Plan, organize, train, and lead in sales, costs, labor, and guest satisfaction.
• Develop local community relationships and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain Snooze standards in hiring and policy compliance.
• Schedule labor to meet sales and labor cost objectives.
• Monitor financial controls and cash handling procedures.
• Prepare paperwork and reports in an organized manner.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
