Qualifications

• 4+ years of operations and leadership experience in foodservice.
• Knowledge of food, beverage and service standards.
• Ability to work 50–55 hours per week.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations to achieve sales and growth objectives.
• Coach and develop staff; ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
• Plan, train, and execute marketing, advertising, and promotions.
• Oversee labor scheduling and cost controls while ensuring policy compliance.
• Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and safety in line with Snooze standards.
