Job summary

Snooze is seeking a General Manager in Overland Park to lead daily restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and mentor a high performing team. You will be responsible for sales, costs, labor, and maintaining Snooze standards across food quality and service.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in restaurant operations, strong leadership, budgeting acumen, and comfort with cash handling and POS systems. The role demands community engagement and hands-on management.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
• Have knowledge of food, beverage and service with at least 4+ years of operations and leadership experience.
• Possess excellent basic math skills and can operate a cash register/ POS system.
• Must be able to work 50-55 hours per week and communicate effectively in the restaurant trading area.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Snooze; direct operations, morale, engagement, and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and train staff, maintaining service standards and Snooze policies.
• Plan, organize, and lead sales, labor costs, and employee retention initiatives.
• Develop local marketing and community relationships; lead promotional campaigns.
