Job summary

Snooze Queen Creek is seeking a friendly, energetic Host to welcome guests, manage the waitlist, and help ensure a smooth dining experience from entry to seating. You’ll work as part of a lively team in a fast-paced breakfast spot, with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include maintaining the host stand and coffee station, answering phones, entering to-go orders, and assisting coworkers as needed. This role offers weekly pay and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• County required food and alcohol serving certifications must be obtained prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain host stand, coffee station, and outside patio area
• Welcome each Guest into our home and thank them when they leave
• Seat each Guest in a timely manner and effectively manage the waitlist Ipad system
• If on a wait keep the crowd excited and having FUN!!
• Answer phones, place to-go orders, and enter them into the POS system
• Inspect and refresh restrooms every 30 minutes
• Respond appropriately to Guest requests. Communicate Guest requests to Server needed
• Assist teammates as needed with food delivery and bussing tables
